Executive Summary
The Greene County Animal Alliance (GCAA) Strategic Plan outlines thecritical steps required to realize our primary objective: the establishment ofa state-of-the-art companion animal shelter in Greene County. This facilitywill serve as a vital resource for residents, significantly improving thewelfare of pets and fostering a more compassionate and strongercommunity.
We envision a model no-kill shelter where healthy or treatable animals, whodon’t present a danger to public safety, are not euthanized due to a lack ofspace or time. A shelter known, both locally and regionally, for exceptionalanimal care and community education.
